Freedom to Flourish

For bloody brilliant women after bruising workplaces.

A 12-week, one-to-one coaching programme to help you back yourself as you build your next chapter.

Explore the Programme

You've left the workplace, but the experience may not have left you.

When past bullying, bias or workplace mistreatment is still affecting you in the present.

You've moved into a new job or role, or left to build your business. You've got the experience, the expertise, and a track record of doing great things. On paper, there's plenty of evidence of what you can achieve. So why does putting yourself out there feel so bloody hard? It's not that you don't have the capability to achieve your goals, but your capacity may have been compromised.

Things you once took in your stride now feel surprisingly hard.

You managed teams. Made decisions. Handled difficult conversations. Held authority. Built a career.

Select which is true for you today

You're doing things you've done before, or things you genuinely want to do, yet the hesitation, overthinking and second-guessing can make even an ordinary working day feel exhausting.

Where on earth did I go?

A woman in a beige blazer looking at her reflection in an ornate mirror.

You thought that once you were out of that toxic environment, you'd feel better. And in some ways, you do.

But there are moments when you notice you're behaving as if you're still there.

You hesitate before disagreeing. You explain yourself more than you need to. You brace for criticism before anyone has said a word.

And you compare yourself with the woman you remember being before. You miss her.

It's confusing. Your ability and experience haven't gone, but your relationship with yourself feels different.

What if backing yourself didn't feel like such a battle?

There's a lot of advice about rebuilding confidence. Put yourself out there. Do it scared. Be more resilient. I have learnt the answer isn't always to push harder. Instead it's noticing what's really going on inside, without trying to change it, bypass it, or judge yourself for feeling it. Give yourself a little more room. You might say yes. You might say no. You might say something different. Making those choices with yourself, rather than against yourself. There's a relief that comes with that. That's what Freedom to Flourish is about.

Coaching built around the situations you're facing now.

What do you want to do more of?

Choose something meaningful to you, and we'll use that as a focus for our work together.

We'll gently explore what's driving the fear, hesitation or self-doubt, understand the ways you've learnt to protect yourself, and begin to create more space for choice.

Together we'll explore ways of approaching the situations that feel more manageable.

  • Speaking about your work without feeling you have to justify your expertise.
  • Putting yourself forward for a brilliant opportunity without underselling yourself.
  • Having the conversation you've been avoiding without feeling defensive or small.
  • Getting to the end of a difficult day without revisiting it over and over.

Increase your capacity

Make clear decisions

Anchor your authority

Six capacities. You at the Centre.

At the heart of this work is your relationship with yourself.

Together, we will explore and strengthen six interconnected capacities that help you stay connected to yourself, even when things feel uncomfortable or uncertain.

We'll apply these capacities to the situations you're facing, drawing on each as needed. Together, they'll help you develop what I call a calm power.

  • Resource yourself.

Identifying what helps you feel grounded and supported. Not a list of ‘should be doings’, but a way of resourcing that works for you.

  • Recognise your patterns.

Your patterns are not personal failings, but adaptations that served a purpose. You don’t have to lose them, just redeploy them where they can be useful.

  • Reconnect with your strengths.

Mistreatment can distort the way you see yourself. You might look at what’s wrong rather than the evidence of what’s right. This is about spending time on your qualities, achievements, and all the ways you’ve shown up for yourself and got yourself here.

  • Give yourself grace.

What happens when you make a mistake, or don’t do the thing you intended? Do you turn on yourself? You don’t have to love every part of yourself to stop your inner battles.

  • Create space for choice.

Fear makes everything feel urgent. We’ll practise slowing the conversation down. There may be more options than are visible.

  • Back yourself in action.

We bring all this into something meaningful in your life right now: an opportunity, a decision, a conversation. Progress isn’t only whether you do the thing, but learning to take care of yourself while you do.

How change might unfold

Everyone's experience will be different, but here are some shifts you might begin to notice along the way.

Somewhere around…

  1. You begin noticing your responses under pressure and what helps you feel steadier.

  2. You recognise familiar patterns and find more room to give yourself grace.

  3. You see fresh perspectives, gain clarity and feel more confident in your choices.

  4. You find yourself approaching conversations, opportunities and boundaries differently.

  5. You feel more at ease with uncertainty and better equipped to handle setbacks.

  6. You feel more resourceful, recognise your progress and see new possibilities opening up.

How we'll work together

Twelve weeks, one-to-one. Six private 75-minute sessions, about two weeks apart.

We start with what's happening in your life now, and something you'd like to feel more able to do. It doesn’t have to be massive, just something meaningful to you.

Perhaps you've been asked to lead something at work. You know your stuff, but you find yourself spending evenings preparing, checking and rewriting, because the last thing you want is to leave yourself open to criticism.

Rather than telling you to stop overthinking or to simply be more confident, we'll get curious about what's happening. What are you anticipating? What are those extra hours of preparation protecting you from? And what resources do you already have that could help you approach things differently?

I’ll explore this with you, at your pace. Together we’ll build your capacity to handle external pressures by drawing on what you already have within you, so you have more choice in how you respond.

The aim isn't to stop caring about doing a brilliant job. It's to help you do it without paying such a high price for it.

Between sessions, I'll offer some simple practices you can weave into ordinary moments. Perhaps a five-minute settling practice, a short audio guide, a question to carry with you or something to reflect on over a cuppa.

I want you to leave with a toolkit that genuinely helps for whenever you need it.

Founding investment: £795

I've created Freedom to Flourish to bring together the parts of my work I believe can make a real difference for women finding their feet after difficult workplace experiences.

As I introduce it for the first time, I'm offering a founding investment of £795. This is a one-time founding price and won't be available again.

LET'S HAVE A CONVERSATION (opens booking page in a new tab)

What could feel different?

You find an opportunity you'd love to take. You notice a familiar creep of hesitation, but before it slams on the brakes, you give yourself a moment and some grace. Perhaps you run with it, perhaps you don't. Either way, you're not left ruminating for days about what your decision says about you.

An awkward conversation can just be an awkward conversation. It doesn't have to be evidence you're not up to scratch. If somebody isn't interested in your work, that's disappointing. It doesn't become a verdict on your worth.

You put forward an idea in a meeting without worrying about how it landed. You publish something about your work and get on with your day. You make a decision and give yourself permission to stand by it.

Imagine the relief at the end of the day of putting your head on the pillow and feeling okay with you.

Natasha Wardle

A little about me

I'm Natasha Wardle, founder of She Shines Again and The Listening Space. I've spent more than 12 years coaching people through difficult circumstances and significant life changes, following a rather unconventional career path along the way.

I've also experienced workplace bullying and harm myself, so my interest in how these experiences affect capable, accomplished women is both professional and personal.

Through The Listening Space, I've heard women describe experiences they've carried for years. What stays with me is the distance between their considerable abilities and how uncertain they can feel about using them.

I created Freedom to Flourish to help women reconnect with themselves, remember what they're bringing to the table and develop the capacity to back themselves without battling themselves.
